Have changed the brakes to XT, seat and have gone back to a 30t front ring.

Also dropped the monkey nuts out of the rear and moved the front wheel forward by 14mm.

It's changed a whole lot since then... check the photos in my profile. Am now on 140mm Pikes and 2.4" DHR2.
