I bought a Nerve last year and customer service was fine. Long lead time waiting for the bike but they told me that before I bought it. There was a slight defect in the finish on the frame and they offered me a replacement or a partial refund if I didn't want the hassle of sending it to Germany. All my enquiries were handled by the UK service team so I always got quick replies ect.
