Just purchased a new float x2 rear shock and now getting conflicting reports about whether the shock will have enough clearance on the bottom of the Meastro suspension,Has anyone ran an X2 and can clarify it fits eye to eye is fine it's just if the air can on the bottom will clear the mounting ok

As you already have the shock, just mount it and post a picture how it fit (and frame size you have). Sometimes its better to look out the window to actually see the weather than looking on internet whats the weather like on your location :-)

Whenever in doubt, take the air out of your shock and compress it until it bottoms out and you will see if the reservoir will clear the frame. I don't think your reservoir will come in contact with your frame though.
