Hi guys, hoping I'm putting this in the right place haha.
I'm a business student making my way through university and I was thinking about what job field I would like to enter. As my degree is sports related, and my passion is mountain biking I'd love to combine the two.
What I'd like to ask is if anyone knows what World Cup riders do for agents. There's obviously the news related to salaries between top riders and companies, but also there must be negotiation with insurance companies and stuff too? Are all riders representing themselves? I feel like an easy way for things (especially insurance) to progress is for a bunch of riders to unite and negotiate better deals. If anyone knows how the system works I'd be very grateful for a crash course!
