Enduro bike under £750

Hi all,

I'm looking to get back into mountain biking. I'm wanting to do some enduro/trail riding on weekends at Hamsterley Forest, it has to be able to cope well on climbs as well as the descents.

I don't know which sort of thing to go for and whether to look at used or new!

Anybody got any ideas?

Go for a hardtail, I managed to get a used whyte 901 for £500 and its coped with everything including dh runs at the forest of dean
