Hi, I currently have a 2015 p26 bike which has a manitou circus sport fork. I noticed there is a blue allen bolt (8mm i think?) sitting on the bottom right side of my fork, and it is flush with the surface. Does anyone know if this is a preload or rebound adjuster?

I looked around online and some websites say the fork has zero adjustments, while others say it has a preload adjuster. Asides from the blue allen bolt, there are no other knobs
