More XC than trail, but I bet it can hold it's own. Maybe beefier rims/tires, and that would be fun. They tested it at my local trails in Mountain Creek, NJ, and the trails get pretty chunky and steep.

It's sexy regardless...

I've got a buddy who is maybe 5'9" and riding a Medium Epic. I keep telling him he should have gotten an XL and ran it with a 60 stem or something.

I'm glad to see they have in fact moved up to a 30.9 seat tube.

I was hoping they would have an Epic Evo like they did a few years ago. Dropper post, shorter stem, and 120-130mm fork on there and it would be a formidable trail weapon.

Yeah all the new SC colors are baller. I'm more interested in the new black/tan Tallboy colorway though.

Wow forgot to check out the TB. I like the rust or coffee color as well.

Ain't a huge fan of red normally. 5010c pretty darn sweet
