On my Pitch I ran this https://www.bike24.com/p2309311.html so you can run any 12mm Hub

back when I still had my pitch it was 9 speed. if you get a shimano freehub body you can 9/10/11. If you can go to 11....the do slx with a sunrace 11-46 cassette by far the cheapest way to get big range. Or the new Microshirt

Hi,i have 2011 pitch pro and i want to replace my rear hub with a hope,dt swiss or something louder(still have the old oem hub but its shot)

What are the specs i have to look for to fit the hub on my stock wheel? My wheels are in a good shape i dont want to change the whole thing

And its hard to find some decent 26 wheels these days

135m x 10mm
I ran a DT 10mm Thru axle hub on mine. It was much more solid than the qr hub it replaced. Look for a solid 10mm axle option.

I will second this, definitely get a bolt on axle! The added stiffness does wonders for this frame's handleing and how well the suspension works.

I've been contemplating selling my 09 Pitch for a year or two now. How's the market been? Not much is stock, wheels/rear shock/crank and XT derailleur.

I would guess it will be hard to sell since it's 26in and 11years old.

#26aintdead! The 09 pitch was years ahead of its time in many aspects, and with lots of upgrades, I would give it a go. You couldn’t get too much out of it, but I’m sure it would be perfect for someone. If you were closer to me, I might even be interested in it!

Best of luck!

I don't know what the market's like in Canada with covid tax but in the UK I could have easily sold the one in my sold ads for £900-1k

I struggled to move mine 2 years ago and ended up parting it out. I was asking $1200 us and it was late season so that may not have helped.

I sold my 08 last year for 1100 CDN. It was a nice build and sold fairly quickly

I'm thinking of selling my 08 pitch but have no idea what it would be worth. Any Ideas?

08 Pitch Comp
201? Fox Talas Kashima
2016 Fox Float CTD Kashima Shock
Sram X1 cranks 32T
2019 XT 11sp 11-42
2018 XT Brakes
Stans Flow Wheels
Maxxis Tires Tubless (3 rides)
Specialized Enduro seat
780mm V2 bars and 35mm Race face stem

Its a pretty well set up bike. Lots of fun but would like to try a Jeffsy 29 or something.

1,000us? I would say 1,200 is on the high end for a 26er bike, with a slightly outdated frame, and 800 might be a bit low for the upgrades, and the fact that there is still some demand for a bike like that.

I moved from an 08 Pitch in the same colour as yours to a Jeffsy 29 and I absolutely love it. I sold my 08 last year for I think 1100CDN.
