Hi,

I have a 2015 Devinci Troy and I can't find where is that flip switch they're talking about. I can't tell right now whether it's in hi or lo.. Where is that switch??

It's not a switch, it's a couple of offset inserts where the upper suspension linkage attaches to the seatstays. You remove the bolts and rotate the inserts to change the geometry.

How do you know that? is it documented anywhere?

Look in the Construction segment of this article:

"Oval chips on the inside of the seatstay/rocker junction can be flipped to raise or lower the bottom bracket by seven millimeters."

In regards to the photo here of the 2014 devinci troy:

Is the flip chip in this photo in the low (slack) position, or the high position?

Thank you.
