Specialized cable clips for downtube of 2009 Pitch Pro or Enduro

Hi all,

I picked up an 09 Pitch Pro about a month ago and love it. I ordered a dropper for it (hasn't arrived yet), so I was looking at where I wanted to run the cable. I noticed the cables running along the downtube were really slack, and noticed there's only 1 clip holding them on, but there are 3 spots where they should be. These are the black clips that look to go in with a small bolt.

I've checked ebay, bike sites like CRC, and called my LBS, but can't find them anywhere. Ideally I'd like to find ones that accommodate 4 cables instead of the stock 3, but overall I'd just like to find them.

Any ideas where I could find some of these? There used to be a guy on here who made them out of aluminum, but doesn't make them anymore. From my research, the clips used on the Enduro are the same.
