Hey guys, I have been riding my Transition Covert for a few months now and notice that every time I try to stand up and pedal up hills and what not the bike has extreme bob to it. I run my sag at 30% in the rear just like transition wants and I run a doamin 318 6" fork on the front set to almost all the way stiff. I cant seem to get rid of the bob for whatever reason... Does anyone have any suggestions ?
I have a Covert 29, and have had major issues with the stock FOX Float blowing through it's travel. I put in the largest volume reducer and now have less of a bottom out issue, but still have to run 15% sag to not blow through the midstroke travel. This bike really needs something with a less progressive spring rate to help keep the bike in the middle of it's stroke for small hits.
