I apologize in advance. I really do not know much English and using an interpreter.
Did I ask a stupid question, but still ask for help. The fact that I use on my TR500 coil Vivid, but I want to go on the air version. I had experience with CCDB AIR shock on this frame, and it turned out that it can only be set at the position 180mm suspension travel, since the position 200mm suspension rested against the shock absorber housing. I wrote to the manufacturer's postal address with the aim to find out whether Vivid air will come to my frame without such problems. (By the way the manufacturer's website says that the frame is not compatible with the shock CCDB AIR FOX X2 AIR, but I often see bicycles with these shock. Not really all they use 180 mm stroke Rear suspension). Tell me, do you have somebody of you experience with Vivid Air on this frame. Help me solve my problem. Thanks in advance for your help.

your shock touches the frame? and then you can put only 200mn 180mn but not in? I'll have a TR500 and I'd like to double air barell

If you want to use an air shock on the tr500, you may have to file down the arm that the shock attaches to. Which will obviously void your warranty.

Huh. Well on their website, it says,"Cane Creek Double Barrel Air and Fox Float X2 Air shocks are not compatible with the frame due to clearance issues." So I guess Rockshox Vivid Airs are okay.
