The guides in the down tube are rattling. Looks like i can probably wedge foam in there to secure them. Anyone experience this?

I havent noticed anything on mine. Brakes make a hell of a noise that I cant figure out right now but no rattles from internal cable routing.

Thanks - it comes and goes. Now i have a creaking noise that i cant locate and play in new bushings ????
