I thought I would share my experience with my 2007 Norco faze 3 bike.
I purchased the bike new in august 2009. It has been a great bike up until this past june.
The bike has never been crashed and has been used both on the road and trails.
While riding the frame broke right beneath the rear suspension fulcrum bracket. (see picture)
My local bike shop said that it was a manufacturing defect.
They contacted the local rep and he said that the only thing that he could do for me was to give me a new fluid bike worth 3100 for 2600.
I contacted Norco myself and they said that they would have to back the local rep on his decision.
Needless to say this was very disappointing.
My bike went from being a great ride to a piece of scrap.
I currently own 3 Norco bikes and I love to support a Canadian company but unfortunately it will be my last Norco bike purchase.
