My chain is like the photo number 1,

I thought it was the rear mech , I put a new and remains the same .
What could it be?

chain too long and mech might not be fitted correctly, if it is it may just need adjusting, chain needs to be shorter though.

can definitely shorten that.

when I'm setting chain length I put it onto smallest cog, split the chain, then pull it together till there is some tension on the mech.
then remove the links that aren't needed.

or just remove a link at a time till you have some tension in the chain in the smallest gear.

mwilliams forgot to say that you should shorten your chain when the suspension is compressed to the point where the rear axle is furthest from the bottom bracket. As it looks now it might be too short, if you're ever in that gear when your suspension bottoms out, you might snap your chain.

Yeah it looks a bit short there.

What's the mech like when you compress the suspension?

Some bikes font suffer from chain growth so yiu might be OK.
