They were just Bobs until they were mounted on a Düsenspeed.

Just think, if they focused more on function and less on fashion what they might come up with.

Probably a mediocre bike that looks just weird enough that no one likes it. At least the current product line appeals to the peacocks.

It doesn't work well anywhere. Purely a novelty.

They look fun! Would those rear triangles be original?

I would love to see a Brooklyn Machine Works race link set up like that, especially if it had drops. Jailbreak

Have a look at some of the Japanese BMW builds. They sold a lot of bikes in that market and they almost all got built with really wierd specs.
There is a bike shop in Tokyo that had a blog but I can't remember the name.

edit: It was W-Base but the blog doesn't seem to be up anymore.
You can still find gold if you go to the back of their archive though.

Seven THOUSAND dollar hubset. Tested at 100km/h for 100,000km, as well as shorter tests up to 300km/h. Uses a dual shell design to allow some system flex for fatigue strength and compliance. Company normally makes bearings and parts for jet turbines.

Alloy hubshell models start at 3k.

Meh. I'll wait until they make a version with air bearings and a pump powered by my e-bike's battery. This just seems so ... basic.

[Joking, of course. They're magnificent, if a bit unnecessary.]
