Functionally speaking there's little or no difference between 10 and 11 speed as far as chainrings go. An 11 speed chain might be a little narrow for a 10 speed ring, but in most cases will probably work just fine. 10 speed chains on 11 speed chainrings will definitely work.

FWIW SRAM's XX1 chainrings for 11 speed are also rated for 10 speed use, and some of their derailleurs (such as the Rival 1) are rated for both 10 and 11.
