Is Fox customer service always this bad or am I just unlucky?

Just bought a used Marzocchi 55 and was weeping a little oil around the rebound knob.
Sent it in and paid my money for a rebuild.
Get it back and the end of the box has oil all over it.
Open it up and the freakin fork is covered in oil. Seriously.
Call them up and they were kind enough to pay for UPS ground to send it back(six more days).
Now it's been there a couple days and no one picks up the phone, literally.

Is this normal for them??
I don't live in sunny Cali and the leaves are falling, need to get my fork so I can ride.

They called me yesterday and said they would expedite it back, I'll wait and see.

Havent had any of my fox stuff sent in. but based off other brands, this seems normal. Its not good, but its not unusual.

Well, looks like they are dumbfounded by my fork issues and will be sending me a new fork.
Guess I can't complain about that.

Once I got the service manager involved things started to happen.

takes to long for them to do service. they would say 3-5 business days and 3 weeks later still no shock..

I've always had outstanding service from fox but I've only ever had the service fox bits. Maybe there's some weirdness on the zoke side?
