Search tool problem

Some times the search tool in PB faces a weird issue...................

When i search the photo i need.........i realize that the search tool only brings up the photos with the matching word that are uploaded at least 2-3 months ago and beyond....................

It doesnt find the recently uploaded matches .................

Can anybody help me with this please...............
