Filled out the form and just says go to your local bike shop for assistance... Even though I bought the shock online.

I am also in this boat. Would be keen to see what you find out grumf, being from Scotland. Ive just emailed Flotech up in Dunkeld to see if they are involved being a suspension specialist and affiliated with Fox in some ways. Waiting for a response.

I bought mine online, spoke to Mojo yesterday, who sent me free postage to return to them, they will have the shock done in two to three days and sent back to me,I bought mine of Leisure lakes,I did speak to guy in dales but after speaking with Mojo direct i just package it up,take it to DPD returns shop free and they post it,

Sounds good enough. Will get in touch with Mojo

Do we know what exactly the "fix" is? I'm going to be pissed if all they do is slap a 250 psi max sticker on the shock.

As far as I heard, a new reinforced air can, and a sticker. And a new chart for volume spacers (which has roughly 1 less for every size they offer). This is probably to shield themselves from any class action of any sort.

Looks like Mojo are doing all the repairs in the UK, bought mine from TF Tuned, they said post it to them an they'll forward onto Mojo.

Anyone know how these things work with regards to time limit? Is there a cut off for when you can send it to be replaced under the recall? For instance if I sent mine in next year would it be an issue?

Why would you want to send it in next year when you can do it now, only a couple of days turn around
