What is the best imaginable tire for 60% street and 40% dirt, I do want some grip on dirt, but I don't want to worry about riding on the street with some dirt tires that are gonna chunk and wear FAST. I'm looking for 2.0-2.2 (2.2 preferably). I've been looking at the Bontrager XR2, Specialized S-Works Renegade, and the Kenda SB8. Please let me know about other tires or if these are good for how I ride.

Thanks

I used to swear by DMR Moto's on my old 27Seven...

Schwalbe Table Tops run great on street and trail.

I personally run a Table Top on my front for the extra traction, and a Maxxis DTH on the rear for acceleration.

The DTH doesn't have near the off-road traction of a Table Top though.

Both of those tires are pretty light too.
