I've just brought a Wilson carbon 2014 it's come with a 350 spring and I'm 12.5 stone , does this seem ok I was using a 450 in my ghost dh7 before because the wilsons u don't need such a high spring rate .

I have two wilsons, one has the original 325 spring and the other one has a 350 spring,on really rough terrain the 350 feels like little to much to me as my feet move position on the pedals, now I don't know how many stones or rocks I weight Smile but I am probably 90ish kg fully geared ,the 325 feels more right to me

Ahh right so that spring should be about right for me on a Wilson bike usually I need a 450 ish spring on any other bike . What about the big hits do you manage to get over them ok without bottoming out

The wilson XL comes stock with 325 spring, so you should be good.

I have a 2015 devinci wilson medium. Im about 140 pounds and 5.9''. Im looking to put a new fox DHx2 coil shock on the rear, but im not sure what the spring rate is on this bikes. i currently have a 300 lbs shock on it which is what I bought it with. If anyone has suggestions on what size spring I should run or knows the spring rate of that bike your help will be much appreciated.
