I recently bought a downhill bike. Seller said it had new bearings and suspension services and stuff and I t was supposed to be a 2013. After a few days I found a few faults and also was told it was a 2012. I've contacted the seller and he blocked me via Facebook lol and won't respond. I've done some research and taken legal advice and I will be claiming through the small claims court. Has anyone had any experience in this field that can advise of any potential pitfalls?
