Also donated the rear 4pot caliper to my rigid bike.

Is that a 2x7? What is going on with the drivetrain? Zee mech and what front mech?

It's 2x1. That's no full Zee rear mech. It's a Zee cage and clutch bolted to a carbon plate. I got it used, replaced the clutch mechanism and it works flawlessly.
Front mech is some 2x10 Shimano XT unit. Nothing fancy.

Just wondering what kind of reaction you are getting about it out on the trail...Must be fun... definitely a killer job on the destressed look.

Thanks Im having fun with it.... its funny lots of strange looks, to closer looks then questions.... Once they realize it was a brand new frame there are lots of perplexed stares turned grins and nods of approval... so far people get a kick out of it.
