man o man i love this bike, its fast and smooth cornering takes a bit of willpower mt5 brakes suck, feels akward the flip chip is awesome, don't drive xc on park setting......ground contact will be made the baron tires are overkill on xc tours, they dig in the sand still gotta swap m for something else but they look soooooo great.... the bar is a bit wide maybe chop m a bit, kissed a lot of trees with m 1 x 12 was new for me. still have bikes with 3 rings, takes 5 minutes to get used to it and love it also great for the wife no more hussel with explaining shifting but what a bike cheers

Hallo
I 'm waiting for the 2018 swoop 170 10.0 to be delivered when they are in stock my question is how are the bearings from the rear end holding up ? Are there any issues with them cause they are a bit small... And are there other issues with these bikes after riding them for a year or more It takes Radon a long time to deliver the 2018 swoop models, worth the waiting ?? Cheers
They are good! Getting your weight forward might help the cornering, it is quite a long front triangle and slack, so it takes a bit of riding position adjustment. MT5 is SO much better with the shorter 1 finger lever fitted...super powerful and well modulated, and much less awkward than the 2 finger lever, which is always in the wrong place. The Baron is definitely not an xc tyre, but grippy as hell on the rough downhill stuff and roots. It will soon be winter, and you'll be glad of their grip!! Try keeping one on the front for grip, and swapping out the rear...

So who's gonna be the first to change to a wagon wheeler?
Not me, I’ll leave that pleasure to someone else
Me too if not racing I can’t see the point and then even racing it’s still debatable, especially Enduro racing which is basically DH from the early 2000’s before it became motorways and Moro X jumps. End of the day for me I mostly have to climb the mountains with my bike and 29er is a not inconsiderable amount of extra weight to lug about.
