IXS Europe customer service

I have tried to contact IXS Europe customer service through web site, fb and instagram without any luck. My rs helmet ratchet came loose after two seasons and I would have wanted to know if there is a possibility to fix it. Guess I'm just changing the brand then. Have any of you tried to contact them also?
