Tallboy Alloy strange scuff marks on downtube - any advice?

So I got my Santa Cruz Tallboy Alloy at the start of October last year and when cleaning it this weekend noticed some weird scuff marks on the seat tube above the bottom bracket behind the suspension linkage. Understandably, I'm somewhat concerned about this!

Check all lower link bearings , and check to make sure the lower link axels are not loose as it looks like your suspension is toping out .
