I'm looking to get a new wheelset and need a trusted opinion on rims.
I weigh 80kg and ride mainly xc. Any view on which would be the better option?

Cant comment on the Bor 366, but the Pacenti TL 28 is a horrible rim IME. Bought 2 rims for a wheel set front and back and they both split down the middle, replaced them with Stans Arch and never looked back.
