I've tried really hard to resist developing an expensive Ti bolt fetish. I don't think I could stop at just the stem Wink

Been on the new Hex for a couple weeks, much prefer it over my Switch.

That looks sexy...ive been thinking about swapping my Hex for the newer version but it would mean some extra expense for the boost rear hub and possibly new shock too...not sure I would massively feel the differences.

Why do you much prefer it over the Switch?

It feels a lot lighter to pedal uphill, which is key for a fat bastard like me. Weight is much the same (lighter frame, heavier wheels), but much better antisquat. The Hex was always the better bike uphill.

I also came to miss the extra pop you get from the more progressive suspension, the Switch is great for downhill being a lot more linear, but most of my riding is either trail oriented or bike parks and that pop makes the bike a lot more fun.
