I'm going to Barcelona Spain in June to watch a soccer tournament, and might have a day where I can get out to ride. I spend most of my time in bike parks. So any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks

The biggest that you can get is to go to Vallnord. If you are not willing to drive there (maybe like 1:30 driving...) then you have a lot of places around with good trails.

No way is there 1:30h from Bcn to Vallnord, at least 3h.
You have La Poma bike park 15 minutes from the city.
