Brake mounts

Hi guys. I've got a 2012 giant trance with 2012 fox 36 forks. I'm trying to put my hope mono mini brakes with 180mm discs on but I'm struggling with what mounts I need. The frame and forks are post mount and the brakes are IS mount

You need a post to IS adapter. CRC do 2 for hope. One is standard size and one is plus 20mm for bigger rotors.

Sorry I didn't explain that very well. By standard size. I mean the size of rotor your fork comes with. As far as I know IS mountings are all the same and so are post mounts. The only difference is the shape of the mounting plate.
