All the mentioned new Shimano brakes use the same SM-BH90 hose. There are different versions for XT, Zee and Saint, but the difference is in the banjo fitting and not in the hose itself. The hose with the same outer diameter but larger inside diameter (and less stiffness) is the old SM-BH59.

I’m using xtr m9120 Brake lever with newer Saint Calipers and they work sweet!! Have to bleed them regular and advance the pistons closer to the rotor a little bit to get the bite point perfect!!
