Custom shock tuning information needed.

I need to build a custom damper from a Coil over mtn bike shock.
My tuning curve is very unique.
My application requires a lockout movement.

Specs.

Lock open;
Compression -slow speed- 0 resistance
Compression -high speed- 30% resistance
Rebound - slow - 0 resistance
Rebound - high speed - 30% resistance

Lock engaged
Compression -slow speed- 30% resistance -Variable 5% to 30%. With fluid weigh, shims or needle.
Compression -high speed- 30% resistance
Rebound - slow - 0 resistance
Rebound - high speed - 30% resistance

Speed references shock shaft velocity.

If the lock out was electric it would be a plus.

I have spoken to many of the shock manufacturers..
I can not get them to think outside of their "Box"

If you have real world knowledge about custom shock tuning, I WOULD LOVE to speak to you.

Have you spoken with any of the shock tuning companies about your shock needs? PUSH, Garage works, Avalance, Storia, Suspension experts?

Some can completely manufacture from the ground up. Others modify what is already out there. But the more cutom you need the more $$$ it will cost you.
