Sram GX 10sp. with 9sp. shifter?

Hi guys,I´m interested, if it is possible to run sram gx 10speed derailleur with x7 9speed shifter and with 9speed cassete? I´ve been running Shimano Zee 10speed with x7 9speed and it worked more than well. Thank you for your help !

Yes it should work great just keep your endpoints adjusted corectly
