Hi!

Can't find information about the difference of these measurements.
I've got a frame which has a drop in headtube 1 1/8 from the top and 1.5 at the bottom. Bought Ritchey headset with the same measures and now looking for suspension forks. Fox seems to have all their fork steerers in 1.5 taper from the bottom, but when I look at RockShox, most of their fork steerers are 1.2 from the bottom.

When I search 1.2 drop in headset, there are none! So here's my question: does 1.2 fit into 1.5 headset or what's the difference between those two?

Thanks!

virtually all steerer tubes are tapered now a days--meaning 1 1/8" top to 1 1/2" bottom.

not too sure where the measurement of 1.2 is coming from. it's not a standard steerer diameter size.
