Press fit 30 bottom braket seized

On my 2016 Specialized enduro expert carbon, the allen that holds the cranks on is possibly seized and will not come off. Any suggestions on what I can do.

The nut/bolt in the middle? Sometimes it's really tight. On some cranks it's also a 2 but/bolt setup. If there looks like two allen sizes in there the outside one is a jam nut and needs to be loosened first. Then the inner one can be loosened.
