Has anyone had issues with the reach adjustment knob on these breaks. One break the knob works fine the other is seized. Any idea how to fix this?

Which knob? When looking ar the end of the knob clockwise rotation will bring the lever closer to the bar. Try turning it in, use a small adjustable wrench if needed. The mechanism can get stuck fully out (all the way anti-clockwise), if you continue to spin the knob anti clockwise aatthis point the knob will unthread and you'll be in for a headache.

Yes. I’ve had to rebuild my levers. Actually my I ternals because the piston swelled against the walls.

Disassemble a Guide RSC lever and the R version won't seem so bad.

I have both and I've noticed that they hold a lot water after a wash. I take a little extra time with the air compressor to make sure they are dry.
