Looking for some suggestions on a 24" DJ for my 12 year old daughter. She recently expressed an interest in riding and a month later we've been to Ray's MTB 5 times already.
Currently she's just riding a 20" Walmart Mongoose BMX bike. She tried my 26" DJ a couple times and it's too big for her.
Can't seem to find much out there in 24" that has a fixed gear and disc brakes. Any input would be appreciated! Thanks.

How tall is she?
The Black Market "Mommy's Lil Monster" is available in multiple frame sizes and is designed specifically for 24" wheels. http://blackmarketbikes.com/product/lil-monster-24/ You'd spend a lot building one up from scratch, though, so you may want to look at used completes.
The key thing to know with 24" DJ MTB's is that just because it has 24" wheels, it's not necessarily "youth" designed. Some 24" MTB's are for "youth." But, others are for adult riders who just like the responsiveness of 24" wheels (like how Danny McAskill rides 24"s).
But, something like a Black Market Contraband 24" is intended for adult riders. With a 22" top tube, it has the same top tube length as a Medium 26" DJ. https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1214924/
(By the way, make sure to call it a "singlespeed" not "fixed." "Fixed" refers to velodrome track hubs that don't coast--the pedals spin constantly, like on a unicycle).
An NS Capital 24" would go in the category of an adult 24" DJ bike. But it does have a 21.5" top tube, so it fits like a Small. So, if she's going to quickly outgrow a "youth" mtb, this may be the way to go. 2008 NS Capital Custom https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/1886997/
oh . . . and damn!!!!! a very rare Union Street Molly Maguire 24". (they came with bmx u-brake mounts, because a lot of guys wanted to ride a BMX rear hub and do grinds without having a disc in the way).
If I remember right, these were invented by guys who rode at Ray's.
With a 22" top tube, it is an adult 24" (but "adult" in the sense of adults riding bmx bikes . . . not adult MTB fit). But, it'll still be a little easier for a shorter rider to ride than 26"s.
