So I've heard some great things about the new Enduro 29 and I've always been a fan of coil shocks. But I'm wondering if this whole coil comeback thing on team Spesh is a marketing thing or they actually prefer the coil. Would this be a good bike to get if I was going to do some bike park stuff, Enduro races, trail riding, and the occasional DH race?
It is veryyyyyy much about preference and if you like the feeling of coil vs air. My recommendation would be go try to ride one of those forks back to back with an air fork and see which one you like better!
They still make coil forks . . . . . . ? The Ohlins are wonderful, my son ran one on his "14" enduro 29er and swore by it. He just put one on he's New SB6.
