Hydraulic brakes upgrade

I have a 2016 Specialized pitch with cable disc brakes. How would I upgrade to hydraulic?

http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/us/en/shimano-xt-m785-disc-brake/rp-prod67208 Buy a front and rear and bolt them on. (they come with new hydraulic hose to replace your cable actuated ones)
