I've blagged my kid brothers BMX as he's got a car now and grown out of it (what does that say about me??).

It's a mongoose something ( I tweeted a pic to mongoose hoping they'd identify it but they haven't replied).
Bloomin heavy frame, tyres look like they are designed for half pipes, double cable brake thingy on the headstock so I can spin the bars. Cable operated disc rear brake (which is pretty crap).

I've been using it for thrashing round the campsite and trying to wheelie.

I has a lay back seat post (If I remember the terminology from my Raliegh Burner days correctly!?), sadly it clearly wasn't designed to have my 12stone backside on it and it has now creased just above where it enters the frame.

I'm confident it'll come out fine and I get that there's no repairing a crease.

What would you recommend I replace it with?

I'm 5'10 and feel I need the layback position, but haven't tried owt else !

Suggestions please
