That sounds ok in my books if it’s true although Schwalbe are notoriously known for thin weak ass sidewalls.
Maxxis the opposite from experience with older DH minions

For a tire that can cross over from road to trails, I would recommend the Rekon. You can run higher pressures (30+ psi), the tread will have lower rolling resistance, but you will still have a good amount of grip on the trails.
