Hi everyone.

I have a giant reign 1 2016, which i think is awesome but theres just one thing/issue playing on me.

The upper suspension linkage has quite a bit of sideways flex which looks like play in the bearings.

The bearings have recently been replaced by myself with enduro max ones, maybe 100miles old.

Ive read somewhere that the linkage isnt a great design as its in 2 separate pieces instead of a one piece design.

Does anyone else have or has had this issue ?

Any advice or feedback would be greatly appreciated

I had a similar issue on my Glory. It ended up being worn upper shock eyelets that galled the aluminum rocker links. I replaced the links and it was good as new.

I have the same issue, although my bearings are in desperate need of replacing

As Kenfire said, I would guess it’s worn upper shock eyelets/bushings
