Saddle Scrotum. Noun. 1. The small bag hung from a bike saddle's rails to hold a spare tube and tools.

I had an ancient bag that worked perfectly for me but the stitching and fabric finally frayed beyond repair. What I loved about it was it was ultra-minimal. It was just a few pieces of light nylon fabric, two velcro straps, and a zipper. I could just barely stuff a 29er tube, CO2, tire lever, and a multitool into it. I could strap it to the seat or stuff the whole deal in the pocket of my hydration pack or jersey pocket.

I tried the SpeedSleev but I've already had to repair the thing 3 times since December. And its made out of really heavy-weight nylon. It seems too bulky relative to how much it carries.

Any recommendations for something more like my old, ultra-minimal bag?
