Hey man. Ya I have the pcs9 and I work on my m9 all the time it's great. Only thing you have to remember is to add a lot of grease to where the clamp gets inseterted into the stand so it will turn properly. There is no problem with weight or anything of the bikes the stand holds up great.

I went for the pcs10 but as far as i can judge the only difference is the clamp and that should not effect the tipping. i have rarely manaed to get Close to the tippingpoint but when i did come Close the bike was claped in ways you would never do for regular maintenance.

The pcs9 should be a great stand, the pcs 10 defiately is
