Hi all, picked up a couple of old steel road bikes to knock about on, the universal is in good nick but is pretty low end, the Peugeot is a nicer bike in terms of spec but the paintwork and amount of rust make it in much worse condition, should I restore it and keep it as original as possible or should I do some sort of neo retro build and stick a load of modern parts on it?
