picked up a cheap t130 works to replace myTrek slash 29 - most think I'm mad, but that bike just made hard stuff feel boring and needed a full on dh track to come to life, which i dont do as much if these days...

I may just be getting a case of new bike upgrade-itus (comon with me) but... anyone fiddled with the suspension on their t130's?
Im used to ohlins and float x2 so The rock shox feels nicely plush and reasonably well damped but wondering about upgrades.

Has anyone increased the front travel by 10mm or even 20 Any negatives?

Rear shock wise, what have people tried? I doubt the frame is progressive enough for the cc db coil inline that i'd want,

Basically has anyone found anything that works really well on the 130 platform?

I've got a 2016 works, so fox suspension front and back. I've been very happy with it as stock. My last bike was a 140mm Commencal.
The only things I've felt I needed to upgrade were the grips, saddle, 34t chainring and 11-46T cassette (11sp)

Oh and I used some black sugru to increase the coverage of the chainstay protector as to avoid chips around the front pivot.

Would be interested to hear if anyone has increased front travel.
