Pike rct3 with a knok noise

After doing a lower leg service on my rct3 Pike
Its working fine but started to make a knok sound like a lose headset, and the headset is fine
During the service the knob on the rebound side was more dificult to take.

Anny ideas?

My lyric has the same issue, have you left your lockout dial on !

made a 2º lower leg service and went ok
no noises
dont found the cause
