Hey Guys,

Wondering if anyone knows of pump tracks (Either professionally run or homemade) near Salisbury or trails ?

Pretty new to DH (read absolutely terrible) , looking for somewhere I can practice and work on jumping without getting in the way of people who know what they are doing haha

Cheers,
Serod

The nearest professionally run pump track that I know of is project 417.

Tidworth Freeride has a jump practice area (over on the right hand side as you look up the hill).

Otherwise just take a spade to your local spot!

Expect to pay premium dollar for 417 project mind.

But yeah grab a spade and start shifting dirt, gotta be done to achieve result that you can earn your jumps that you want to ride.

There’s one in upper Bucklebury (near thatcham) so it’s technically in Berkshire so it depends how far you’re willing to travel

An excellent concrete pumptrack has recently opened in wroughton (village south of Swindon) this is a fairly old post but oh well
