( this allows all users to post. Also you can omit the #USERS #USERS tags totally and this will allow all to post.

Allow only specific users to post
#USERS laurie1, radek, test1, test2, john21 #USERS

(this will allow only those 5 users to post in the thread. You can edit your post at anytime to allow more users to your group)

Allow all users but restrict some
#BANS radek, test1 #BANS

(allow all users to post except radek and test1)

Allow other users to mod the thread.
#MODS radek, test1, #MODS
